The Challenge
Alghanim Honda is one of Kuwait's most prominent automotive dealerships, managing a large fleet of sales consultants and service technicians. Their customer engagement was largely reactive — handled through phone calls and walk-ins — creating an inconsistent customer experience and making it difficult to retain buyers after the initial sale. They needed a comprehensive digital touchpoint that would keep customers connected throughout the entire vehicle ownership lifecycle.
What We Did
Our team built a cross-platform mobile application using Xamarin that serves both sales consultants and customers. The app enables test drive scheduling, service appointment booking, vehicle history tracking, and direct messaging with dealership representatives. For the internal team, a CRM-connected dashboard gives sales managers real-time visibility into lead pipelines, follow-up tasks, and service appointment queues. Azure cloud infrastructure was used for scalable backend services.
