The Challenge
XDelight was built to solve a frustrating consumer problem: getting reliable, trustworthy repair services for laptops, computers, and air conditioners. The traditional process — searching online, calling multiple providers, waiting for unverified technicians — was broken. The client needed a platform that would bring the on-demand model to home appliance and IT repair: instant booking, verified professionals, and transparent pricing.
What We Did
We built the complete XDelight ecosystem — an Android consumer app, a responsive web platform, and dedicated admin and partner panels. The consumer apps allow users to select their device type and issue, review verified technician profiles, and book a service appointment with real-time slot availability. Technicians are onboarded through the partner panel with verification workflows that check credentials and service area coverage. The admin panel gives XDelight full operational control over technician management, service categories, pricing, and customer support. A smart scheduling engine matches users with the nearest available qualified technician for their specific issue.
