The Challenge
Our client is a US-based specialty bakery and food delivery company that operates a fleet of delivery agents serving customers across multiple cities. With rapidly growing order volumes, the client needed a dedicated mobile app that would help their delivery team manage daily schedules, navigate efficiently, and track order fulfillment in real time. The existing process relied heavily on phone calls and manual tracking — creating bottlenecks at scale.
What We Did
We designed and developed a cross-platform mobile application using React Native, supporting both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The app integrates Mapbox for precise turn-by-turn navigation and live route optimization. Delivery agents can view their full order queue, accept or reject deliveries, update status in real time, and communicate with customers directly from within the app. Automated task assignment and push notification systems reduced dispatcher workload by 70%.
