The client operates a major competitive examination authority in India, conducting high-stakes examinations for university admissions and government recruitment. Their existing platform struggled with concurrent user loads during exam windows, had manual application validation processes, and lacked the technical robustness needed for nationwide deployment at scale.
What We Did
We upgraded the platform's core infrastructure, migrated the database to a high-availability configuration, and built a computer-based testing module supporting proctored remote examinations. An automated application validation system was implemented to check candidate eligibility, flag errors, and approve submissions without manual review. Container-based failover infrastructure was deployed to eliminate server load issues during peak exam periods.
