The Challenge
Anthem Travels is a specialist travel management company serving business professionals attending international trade fairs. Their clients needed a digital platform that could remove the complexity from planning trade fair trips — coordinating flights, hotels, visa assistance, and in-destination support in one seamless experience. The existing process was entirely manual and wasn't scaling with growing client demand.
What We Did
We designed and built the Anthem Travels web platform and admin panel from scratch. The customer-facing platform allows users to request trade fair travel packages, specify their preferences, and track their booking status in real time. The admin panel gives the Anthem team full control over inquiries, booking coordination, supplier management, and client communications. The interface was built to handle the high-end service expectations of business travelers while giving the operations team the tools to coordinate complex, multi-leg itineraries efficiently.
