The Challenge
Pan Home is a premium home furnishing retailer operating across the Middle East with a large network of physical stores and an emerging digital presence. The client needed a modern omnichannel platform that would bridge the gap between in-store browsing and online purchasing — giving customers a consistent, high-quality experience regardless of how or where they shop.
What We Did
We designed and developed both a web platform and mobile apps (iOS and Android) that integrate seamlessly with the client's in-store inventory and POS systems. The platform supports product browsing with 3D visualization, wishlist creation, online purchasing, store locator, and click-and-collect ordering. Real-time inventory sync ensures that product availability is always accurate across all channels.
