The Challenge
The client is a global Fortune 100 FMCG company with an extensive network of field sales representatives, contractors, and distribution partners. Their field teams relied on disconnected tools and manual reporting — creating visibility gaps for management and slowing down decision-making. They needed a mobile platform that would unify field operations, digitize contractor workflows, and give leadership real-time data across all touchpoints.
What We Did
We developed a cross-platform mobile application that serves three key user groups: field sales representatives, independent contractors, and operations managers. The app includes a territory management module, daily task assignment, digital order capture, real-time inventory checking, and performance tracking. An admin dashboard gives managers complete visibility into field activity, contractor performance, and sales pipeline data across all regions.
